A 50% deposit secures your date. You can pay the rest 48 hours before the trip. We accept cards, cash, or bank transfers. If you need to cancel, do it at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund of your deposit. We send a voucher with all the details, including the captain's number and location pin, the day before you sail.

You are welcome to bring your own catering and beverages. Alcohol is permitted for guests over 21, provided it is consumed responsibly. If you prefer a hassle-free experience, we can arrange a chef or buffet for you.

Your safety is our priority. If the Coast Guard restricts sailing due to weather, we will either move your booking to a new date at no cost or refund your deposit in full. This is clearly stated in your booking voucher.

Swimming is definitely an option on trips of 3 hours or longer. The captain will anchor in a calm, authorized spot near JBR or the Palm lagoon. Please note that swimming is restricted after sunset.
