Direct Management and Onboard Crew

Every charter booked with Tidal Falcon is staffed by a licensed captain and professional crew members who remain on duty throughout the trip. Operating directly rather than via secondary broker desks means we coordinate directly with our boat personnel regarding route planning, onboard preparations, and delivery timings. Each booking covers the vessel, licensed crew, fuel consumption, marine insurance, fresh towels, safety life jackets, along with chilled soft drinks and ice. You deal directly with our booking team through WhatsApp for all preparations, avoiding third-party agency delays or administrative layers.

Fleet Specifications and Rental Rates

Our fleet comprises 88 yachts and boats ranging from 33 to 164 feet in length. Guest capacities accommodate private groups of up to 90 guests, with a minimum charter length of 2 hours. Hourly hire rates start at 600 AED and reach 18,900 AED for our largest vessels, with all published prices already inclusive of VAT. Optional additions such as catering, barbecue menus, bar service, jet skis, paddle boards, fishing gear, DJs, sound setups, and car transfers can be scheduled into the charter schedule upon request.

Booking Terms and Weather Arrangements

We confirm your calendar date upon receiving a 30 percent deposit; slots cannot be held without this payment. Guests are welcome to bring their own food and beverages, including alcohol, with no corkage fee charged. If weather conditions prevent sailing, we offer the choice to move the charter to an alternative date or receive a full refund of payments made. Inquiries submitted via the WhatsApp button receive replies within 15 minutes between 9:00 and 23:00 GST every day, keeping scheduling transparent and straightforward.

Departure Marinas and Boarding Access

Charters set sail from designated moorings situated at Dubai Marina and Dubai Harbour. These berthing locations provide immediate access to the open sea and coastal landmarks without lengthy transit times through internal waterways. Guests do not need to show a passport or personal ID to board the vessel at either marina. Pier details, crew contact information, and precise boarding pontoon directions are supplied in our WhatsApp chat before departure, ensuring your party proceeds directly onto the boat without administrative queues or shore-side document checks.

Do I book through an intermediary or directly with the fleet manager?

You book directly with Tidal Falcon. We oversee our 88 yachts and boats, dispatch our own licensed captains and crew, and handle communications in-house via WhatsApp. There are no external booking agents involved in processing your charter, confirming dates, or preparing your vessel.

Which marinas serve as home ports for your vessels?

Our fleet is moored across berths at Dubai Marina and Dubai Harbour. Departure occurs from either of these two sites based on the vessel chosen. Specific pontoon locations and crew details are shared directly in the chat prior to your scheduled boarding time.

Are your maritime activities and vessels fully certified?

Yes. Every vessel operates under active marine insurance and is handled by a fully licensed captain and trained maritime crew. All safety provisions, including approved life jackets for all guests aboard, are present on every sailing, meeting mandatory regional marine operating standards.
