Tidal Falcon Charter Terms

To confirm your booking with Tidal Falcon, a 30 % deposit is required. We do not hold dates or vessels without this payment. The remaining balance is settled before departure. Minimum booking duration across our fleet of 88 yachts and boats is 2 hours. All quoted rates include VAT, with hourly prices ranging from 600 AED to 18,900 AED depending on the chosen vessel. Our fleet accommodates up to 90 guests depending on vessel size. No passport or ID is needed to board. Guests may bring their own food and drinks, including alcohol, with no corkage fee. Every charter includes a licensed captain and crew, fuel, soft drinks, ice, towels, and life jackets. Additional options such as water sports, jet skis, catering, BBQ, decorations, DJ, live music, transfers, and fishing tackle are available on request. Guests must follow all safety instructions provided by the onboard crew.

Insurance is included in the charter price for all 88 yachts and boats in our fleet. A licensed captain and crew manage the vessel throughout the trip, and safety equipment including life jackets is provided on board. Tidal Falcon provides all vessel operations under covered insurance, while guests remain responsible for their personal belongings and following crew guidelines during the charter. If adverse weather conditions prevent the vessel from sailing safely, you have two options: we agree a new date in the chat or we provide a full refund of your payment. The guest chooses which option they prefer. Outside of unsafe weather situations, charter dates are fixed once confirmed by the 30 % deposit.
