When boarding at Dubai Harbour, nobody checks passports or identification cards, making the embarkation process prompt and stress-free. In the rare event that rough sea conditions prevent sailing, you can choose an alternate date or receive a full refund.

Visitors are welcome to bring their own meals, snacks, soft drinks, or alcoholic beverages without paying extra service charges. The base charter rate covers the vessel, skilled staff, fuel for designated itineraries, and standard onboard equipment. Initiating a reservation for Galeon requires sending your preferred date, duration, and guest count through our WhatsApp chat button. A dedicated manager reviews availability, agrees on your preferred route, and sends a secure online payment link for card processing. A 30% deposit secures the reservation, as dates remain open to other inquiries until payment is received. The remaining balance is settled before stepping on board the yacht at Dubai Harbour.
